Mr. Haling is a registered civil engineer, from CSUC, Principal-in-Charge/Owner of Haling & Associates with over 35 years of experience in water quality, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste management, and environmental site investigation and remediation. He is experienced in facilities planning, design, preparation of plans and specifications, and permitting for water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems. Mr. Haling has directed the design and implementation of numerous projects throughout Northern California.
He is also a firm believer in God and always seeks to serve his clients ethically and faithfully.
