Greg Haling, P.E.
Greg Haling is a registered civil engineer, graduated from CSUC, Principal-in-Charge/Owner of Haling & Associates with over 35 years of experience in water quality, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste management, and environmental site investigation and remediation. He is experienced in facilities planning, design, preparation of plans and specifications, and permitting for water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems. Greg has directed the design and implementation of numerous projects throughout Northern California.
Dave Ivy, P.E.
Dave Ivy is a retired Senior Project Engineer at Haling & Associates and now serves in a consulting role. As a licensed civil and mechanical engineer, he has over 40 years of experience in civil, environmental, and mechanical engineering in California. One particular area of interest to him is storm water related issues. Dave has analyzed, modeled, and designed systems for small residential projects through large scale commercial developments.
Joseph McConnell, E.I.T.
Joseph McConnell is a Staff Engineer at Haling & Associates. He recently earned his E.I.T. and graduated from Chico State with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Beginning as an intern during his sophomore year of college, he has been working at Haling & Associates for close to 4 years. Joseph is currently working toward his civil engineering license. Some of his particular areas of experience include civil drafting and environmental monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
