Bus Wash, Oil/Water Separator, and Building Design

Description: This project involved design and construction
management of a new 2,100 square feet pre-engineered metal building
for the maintenance of school buses. As the primary need was
for bus washing, H&A designed and specified a building and power
brush wash system with an onsite oil-water separator that discharged
to a new leach field. Project services included design, permitting,
preparation of construction specifications and bid documents,
shop drawing review, and construction inspection.
