Description:
This project involved the design and
construction of a failed onsite wastewater treatment system
for an existing mobile home park in Butte County. Through H&A's
reputation and credible relationship with the local Butte County
Environmental Health Department and California Central Valley
Regional Water Quality Control Board, H&A was recommended as
a consultant to provide design and construction inspection services.
H&A was able to provide fast-track design and construction permitting
approval to allow a new onsite system to be installed within
3 months. This saved the owner considerable costs for septic
tank pumping/hauling, alleviated fines and the possible closure
and displacement of the mobile home park residents.
