| Mr. Haling is Principal Engineer and Owner of Haling Associates with over 20 years of experience in water quality studies and control, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste management and hazardous waste site investigation and remediation. Mr. Haling has directed multi-site delivery order contracts for investigation, design, and remediation services. He has conducted environmental studies, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and directed remedial actions for sites contaminated by chlorophenolic wood preservatives, dioxins, petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and metal plating wastes. He is also experienced in facilities planning, design, the preparation of plans and specifications, and permitting for water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems. Mr. Haling has directed the design and implementation of numerous groundwater and surface water monitoring programs.
